You Are the Child of a God, a God!
Rynn - POEDOGS Little Bird - BJ13
It seems that in the not so bright star light Rynn has stumbled upon Little Bird and in the dim light believes the mare to be a form of Alya, sent to walk the earth and be the Goddess's eyes and ears and feet in Hireath.

Her coat is like the stars Her children's coats are like that too did you know dear me? I think that's quite the amazing thing. I wish Oh I wish that I had been born with not stars in my eyes, but with stars in my mind, heart, soul, and body.
Then I would truly be the attendant of Alya.
Her obsession had continued on since her time of delirium in the deserts and now that she was on the fringes, back towards the green of the little bridge that would lead to the mainland, she was having to repeat her little poem in order to remember Alya for all of her beauty. Now she ran, skittering through the woodland on the fringe of the deserts. It was sparse woods, nothing that would even show on a map, something that would die as soon as the sun scorched even the fringe again. So she was escaping the heat and bringing her words for Alya into other regions.
Just like that though and one star that seemed to fall from the sky and land in a glittering eye set Rynn off. The mare in front of her was just emerging from the brush and Rynn had no chance to stop from crashing into the mare with the Starlight Eyes. So she barreled into the poor thing. Hooves went askew and Rynn landed on her side with a thud, her horn had thankfully not scraped the mare, she didn't want that sin to be on her soul when she finally danced among the stars attending to Alya, no that sin would be horrible.
"Oh great child of the gods, I plead thee to forgive my foolishness and any injuries I may have caused." The mare in her confusion between reality and the dream world she so constantly lived in was scrambling up and then when she found her feet she plunged down onto her knees again, long tangled mane coiling neatly under her, horn glittering in the starlight.

It was a clear night with beautiful stars twinkling in the distance as Little Bird swooped over the desert landscape. Her mouth was dry and parched from lack of water, and having not visited Sedo in quite some time, she was having a little bit of trouble finding a source of water. The deserts of the Serora herd were beautiful, but if she didn't find some water soon, she was going to have to deal with more than just sightseeing.
After soaring over the arid land for a few hours, her brown eyes landed on a small patch of forest that seemed oddly out of place. There must be some source of water though if green plants are growing there. She made small circles in the air above, peering into the trees to see if she could see any forms of danger before landing in a small clearing with a soft thud as her hooves made contact with the earth beneath her. The vagabond glanced around her when her ears picked up the sound of hooves beating toward her. By the time Little Bird saw the shape coming toward her in the dim lighting, it was already too late.
Crash!
The dark form slammed into her, knocking the wind out of her lungs and causing her to wheeze for a moment before she was able to right herself once more with a great beat of her wings. Little Bird stood defensively for a moment, prepared for a fight before the horse that had run into her apologized and fell to her knees. She blinked in surprise at the unicorn's pose and glanced around them as if she expected some god had manifested itself behind her. When it became obvious that the mare was speaking to her, Little Bird furrowed her brows in confusion. "What?" She said in a baffled state as she fixed some of her ruffled feathers. What in the world was going on here?
Coming to her senses a little, the roan mare gave the stranger a small nod of her head. "It's alright. No harm, no foul. Plus, it's not like horses dropping out of the sky in the middle of the night is an everyday thing. Are you okay though?" Little Bird asked, feeling the protective Vindicator side of her slowly creep out while her eyes raked over the other mare.

The mare that she'd run into was a pretty little roan, well little meaning smaller than a God was supposed to be, even though the other mare was several hands taller than little Rynn. The other mare's eyes sparkled just like Rynn's, but to the ponycorn it seemed more vibrant, like the actual twinkling of stars
"It's alright. No harm, no foul. Plus, it's not like horses dropping out of the sky in the middle of the night is an everyday thing. Are you okay though?"
"My master's child, you must have been mislead. A unicorn does not fall from the sky, she crawls from the earth and seeks the sky." The unicorn was just as confused by the pegasus's demeanor, wasn't it supposed to command her to grovel at her feet.
"I will never be pure until I stand alongside Alya and attend to her needs." The mare's eyes shifted to the sky and they twinkled with her adoration, then she was scrambling to her feet again and was right in front of the mare she'd run into.
"What does The Mother call you, star child?" The mare was looking over the pretty strawberry roan and at her mane, checking for starlight. With a quick step forward the mare stretched out her neck and her soft muzzle brushed against the mare's feathers. Nothing felt special, nothing different, but it must be so. The mare backed away again, eyes still sparkling with her terror of her god and her love for er god, all directed at what she thought to be a mare sent straight from the stars to meet her.
"What brings you to Hireath, heavenly messenger of Alya?" She again took a step back to give the star child some space, hardly worried of her safety or her health for she'd completely missed the other mare's bristling stance in her hurry to bow, all seemed well for now and the chimera mare wanted to keep it that way.

Little Bird chuckled a little bit, letting out a small trill of laughter as she allowed herself to relax from her tense posture. "I meant me landing in front of you out of nowhere. It was kind of my fault that we ran into each other like that. I wasn't really expecting to see anyone out here, so I wasn't paying attention." She admitted with a rather sheepish grin. It wasn't every day that she would admit to something like that. Her father would have her pelt if he ever heard about that. Vindicators were supposed to be stealthy, not ignorant to their surroundings.
As the little mare continued talking, Little Bird became more and more perplexed. She knew of the goddess Alya, who happened to be another pegasus, but being called star child was something she'd never heard before. "My name is Little Bird. What's yours?" She asked before the mare in front of her moved incredibly close, causing Little Bird to stiffen for a moment. She felt her nose run across her feathers in the darkness, and she fought to stand still as the mare retreated once more. This was getting stranger and stranger by the second it seemed. Maybe this was how all horses in this land acted? 'It's got to be all of that cactus juice, right?' She thought to herself, letting out a halfhearted chuckle.
"Well, I've lived in Hireath my entire life, but I'm visiting Sedo to see if I can put some use to my talents. I'm a protector of the weak and needy here in these lands." Little Bird explained as best she could, not wanting to upset the stranger if she was someone from the Serora herd. Not that the Serorians were particularly not fond of Vagabonds, but she had noticed over the years that a Vindicator's presence wasn't always wanted.

The pale mare listened carefully as the pegasus answered each question, each drawing her to relax around the being more so than revere it. Still the enchantment of Little Bird having wings truly catered to the fact that Rynn looked on all pegasi with great interest and longing. "My name is Rynn, star- Little Bird." The mare stuttered, not used to addressing a pegasus by anything other than a child of Alya. "Alya has always been a protector for us all, you must be working in her name, no?" The mare's almost simple remark that made her sound like a normal vagabond or herd horse confused Rynn thoroughly, but it was not hard for WIP
