Dust and tiny bits of rock began raining from the ceiling. Alarik knew If they didn’t move now they be trapped or worst. He took to Valentine's side but automatically seized up. The Stallion was looking in the opposite direction and somehow Alarik couldn’t open his mouth to let out a noise. Instead he did the quickest thing he could. There was a loose lump of hair hanging from his neck, The chestnut stallion lunged his neck forward and catching the small part of mane in his mouth. A small nicker of pain fell from the appy stallion's mouth. The stallion looked back at Alarik with a look of annoyance in his face. Alarik nodded his head forward pointing a few horses out in the moving crowd, hoping Val could see what he was pointing at. He trudged forward and in hopes Val would follow. He walked into the sea of horse squirming towards an exit. He kept looking back at Val to make sure he was behind him. The only thing Rik wanted right now was to be home, lying in bed. His legs and back seemed to ache and his head throbbed. He wanted to know if his friends were safe and out of harm's way. But instead he’s attempting to escape a collapsing building and trying to keep up with the group of commoners that had been thrown into the pit below.|| WC: 237 || { 10+AP 10+CS 15+FVR}

"The exit is not far,"
Quietly, the mare let out a short sigh of relief, glad to hear that this mess was almost over and done with, that is, until a vindicator came rushing at her. Fear shot up into her throat as she quickly tried to fight the attacker off. She grimaced, wanting to run away screaming from the entire ordeal, though she had learned long ago that sometimes fighting was the only way one could survive. She let out a snort as the horse aimed a hoof at her, catching her off guard for a moment. Without a second thought, Asalah made her move, battling the horse back before rocks came crumbling down before her. Letting out a shrill yell, the mare quickly dodged the mess, returning her attention to the others, though she was afraid to speak to see if everyone else was safe and sound. It seemed that they all were battling their own attackers as they all continued onwards... which the mare guessed made sense. She wasn't exactly well practiced at this kind of stuff, and not for the first time tonight, she felt as if things could have gone just slightly better if she had been at home. Though, if these vindicators had attacked some of the homes, she would have been in even more danger... or maybe the noises from the Crucible would have had brought her into the mess either way. She didn't want to waste too much time thinking about it. Her only concerns were keeping Maude in her sight and ensuring that she and the others got out. It's all she could focus on at this point. Theseus's ears pounded, his heart slammed into his rib cage, his eyes stung and his lungs grasped for air in the crammed quarters. Hearing Valentine he looked to the older stallion "Liri, We must hurry. Be careful Valentine!" Theseus called to the stallion 'May Ignacio be with you.' He thought then turned to look at the mare. "There! I see an exit!" He screamed over all the noise happening behind and in front of them. They'd have to push their bodies though a few fights to get to the door leading out but a broken leg was better than a broken neck.
He called forth another surge of energy and felt the electricity zap across his body, scaring off any horses that could try and stop them from leaving the slave quarters. He limped quickly, refusing to let anything slow down his or Liri's progress. As he moved he barley heard Maude's voice give him a command. "Yes sir!" He shouted and changed his course, "Liri, go!" He said and charged back into the chaos. He slammed into a horse threatening to stop Alarik and Valentine. "Get to the exit!" He shouted and forced them to move. Then Theseus pushed his mangled body up and looked for the black coat of the last horse, Moonrise. as soon as his pale green eyes saw he he galloped towards her "Its me, Quickly get to the exit! I'll cover you!" He shouted again and turned to face any horse that migth try and stp this group. Through gritted teeth he snapped and snarled at horses that dared to get to close and attacked a few who did. 'Ignacio, fill me with energy and get the commoners to safety.' He prayed silently.

Valentine looked over the large stallion quickly making sure he had no serious injuries “ We need to get out of here quickly, The Crucible is crumbling!” He shouted to Alarik over the chaos. Valentine was looking for any possible exits when he felt a tug on his mane, he nickered in pain and turned towards the source, he saw Alarik nodding rapidly towards a small group of horses moving in the crowd. Valentine nodded at Alarik in understanding but Alarik was unable to see as he was heading towards the small group’s direction, so Valentine followed Alarik through the swarm of bodies.
Dust rained down on the pair of stallions as Valentine continuously shoving his way through the herd of bodies as he followed the chestnut stallion towards what he hoped to be the exit. Valentine bit his lip nervously, ‘Ignacio, please let us live through this’ he prayed silently. Valentine looked over the crowd once more attempting to see the exit or any sign of the others. He caught a glimpse of Liri and Theseus for a second before he lost sight of them, he shook his head and continued to move forward still silently hoping they make it.

Once we left the shelter of the stall, everything was chaos. What felt like hundreds of mini-wars were being fought all around me, each one more dangerous than the last. Valentine was lost in the sea of bodies, off to find a missing member of our party. The young stallion with the broken leg was fending off the rabble while the rest of the group bolted towards the door. He's not going to last long by himself, I thought, fighting my way through the throng of bodies to him. "I'll help you out a bit, yeah?" I yelled, hoping he heard me over the screams of pain and the sharp sounds of battle.
Finally, through the mash of fighting equines, I spot Valentine being lead by a chestnut stallion. A small knot of worry disappeared as I saw him, but it was short lived as the young stallion rammed into a horse in Valentine's path. Other's around him noticed him still kicking even after his leg was broken and converged on him. I bolted forward, slamming into a rampaging unicorn intent on stopping their path permanently. I put him off balance, sending him teetering into the crowd. Valentine and the chestnut were safe now, but the other stallion galloped away, off to save another from the hoard of fighting horses.

Other horses were yelling around Asalah as she heard and watched the rest of the horses in her team mention seeing an exit as suddenly a horse returned to her, shielding her from yet another attack... or had this been an attacker she had dealt with before? Everything was getting confusing. Its me, Quickly get to the exit! I'll cover you!
Asalah nodded, though she was relatively uncertain if the horse was speaking to her or if he was rushing to somebody else's aid. Either way, she had to admit the horse was being really helpful with everything. Dumbfounded, she charged through the crowd, working her way towards Maude and the other horses. She had to admit, all of them had been mere strangers before this night, and she was having trouble remembering the names of them all. Without stopping, she quietly made a count of all of them in the back of her mind; making a note on how everybody looked and whether they needed help or not; though she was a mere commoner and going to be able to protect any of them on her own. At the very least, she would need to remember these horses and thank them somehow in the up and coming weeks. That is, if they all made it out alive. She hoped they did, especially with how close the exit is. "Where to now!?" She bellowed over the noise, hoping that somebody would be able to answer and guide her (and her sister) in the right direction. ( Post 5 | 255 Words ) { 10+AP 10+CS 15+FVR }

Al looked back again at Valentine, making sure he was still following and still okay. He was abruptly stopped by another horse, Alarik stared him right in the eyes and automatically he knew. “ Vindicator” As fast as he said it he was tossed into the crowds. Liri and Theseus stood in the Vindicators place and took a glance at him and Val. Theseus quickly yelled a few commands and jumped into the crowds once more, in hopes to find the sisters. Alarik strided forward with Val and Liri right behind him. Hoping to find Maude in the mist. Theseus quickly joined the back of the escapade with the two sisters and they finally were all together again as the silver bay mare stepped forward. It was time to escape this hell. Maude quickly turned them all down a hallway, meet by a scene of a Vindicator released a slave. Maude quickly reacted and grabbed the Vagabond, burning him and tossing him against a wall. The howls of pain quickly were silenced by a quick “ SNAP” The body falling limp to the floor. Maude addressed the slave and soon they followed. Alarik kept close by Maude’s side as they galloped down the long hall to the exit. A strip of flickering light between the cracks of the large wooden doors. All it needed was one push. Alarik looked around to the group of eight horses around him and without saying a word Valentine stepped up along side him. They gave one quick look at one another and proceed to the door, each taking a side. They gave a swift push and the doors glided slowly open with a great creek. They made it to the streets of Valor. The night cool air hit their faces and they could breath properly once more. ||WC: 301|| Post: 6 + 1 AP Shout out to everyone RPing in this, It was fun Playing with you all !
