The morning light had not yet risen, though Muiris found himself awake. The roan stallion tossed and turned on the make-shift blanket and pillow bed he had been offered, his brown eyes staring at the walls of his friends house. He had only got here a few days ago, and it was all still so overwhelming. The first day, he had met the new colt he would cherish forever: his new nephew Lorencio. The day after, he had managed to get the name of a slave trader that may help in finding his mother. Now? Now he waits. He waits to hear back from the trader. He waits till he can finally meet him, and hopes she hasnt been captured and sold..
Muiris hated waiting.
With a huff, the stallion dragged himself to his hooves. The floor creaked under his weight as he shuffled through the house, stuffing his nose into the kitchen before deciding grabbing a snack was not worth the effort. Turning, he nearly tripped over the colts dog, Scorch, as she had come wandering out of the boys room at the sound of the large stallion rising. That damn dog. The stallion huffed as he stepped over her, careful to not step on her. Ever since the attack on the bloodletting, Muiris had an uneasy feeling about the canine species. Sure, most of them were great, but he just couldnt shake the feeling of the Gytrash’s claws digging into his cheeks and tearing at his skin..
Scorch panted and trotted after Muiris as he made his way to Lorencio’s room, Muiris doing his best to ignore her. His ears flicked at the sound of his soft breathing, his eyes glancing across the hall to see his mother still fast asleep.
She wouldnt be opposed to him taking her son out on a little trip in order to calm his own racing mind, right? Of course not!
Quietly, the stallion slunk into the spotted colt’s room and tapped his muzzle against his soft shoulder.
“Lorencio? Lorencio, wake up.” He whispered quietly, stepping back as the dog forced her way between them to lick the young boy’s face.

L O R E N C I O War-Forged | Kindling It had been an incredibly exciting past few days. So many new things happening! It had started last week, when he’d found a puppy, a little puppy who was all his own now. Her name was Scorch, and she was the best thing ever. Except that later that day he’d made a new friend, a big stallion his mom introduced to him as “Uncle Muiris.” It hadn’t taken the colt long to shorten that to Uncle Mui, and he already loved the tall roan, who had played with him a lot in the days after his arrival. Uncle Mui didn’t seem to like Scorch that much, but that was okay. Not everybody loved dogs.
He’d gone to bed that night, a few days after his Uncle’s arrival, already planning new adventures. Maybe Uncle Mui would take him to the market, where they could look at all the wonderful things for sale! Or, maybe, just maybe, they could go outside the city, just a little ways. That would be amazing! The colt drifted off to sleep, happy thoughts tumbling through his head.
He woke with a start to see a huge dark shape towering over his bed.
“Good morning, Uncle Mui!” He chirped, grinning up at the stallion. He tried to sit up quickly and pitched forward, realizing too late that Scorch was right in front of him too. He tumbled onto the floor, stick-like legs going every which way, and somehow wound up under the stallion. With a bob of his head he stood up, only to find himself blinded by long hair. Wait, what? Oh, right. He was still under Uncle Mui. “Sorry!” He backed up, this time watching to make sure he didn’t step on Scorch, or Mui’s feet.
Now that he was safely up, he glanced at the window. It was still really early, so early the sun wasn’t all the way up. He realized his mom probably wasn’t awake yet, and kept his voice a bit quieter as he asked the next question.
“Whatcha doing, Uncle Mui? It’s super early.” He paused, wheels turning in his head. “Can we go on an adventure? I bet the market’s super neat when it’s early." Word Count: 393 Post Count: 1

The stallion froze as the young colt fell from his bed, lifting his front leg and glancing over his shoulder to find the spotted boy tangled in his tail. His eyes rose to glance back at Mateo’s room, a sigh in relief brushing past his lips when he noticed the mother had not woken up to the racket. A smile lit up the stallion’s features as he excitedly asked where they were going.
“Oh no, we wont be going to the market today.” He answered in a hushed tone, motioning for his nephew to follow him as he quietly went back to the kitchen. He pulled a piece of paper from a draw, scribbling a quick note on it before placing it on the windowsill:
Im taking Lorencio to the forest, be back later. -Mui
He ushered the colt out the door, closing it quietly behind them before taking in a deep breath of the cool, fresh morning air. His spirits seemed to lighten, just by stepping outside.
“We have to be up bright and early if we want to see some dragons.” The stallion prompted, his eyes rolling down to look at the spotted colt, excitement in his tone. Muiris himself has only seen one dragon.. Well.. a half of a dragon anyways. He caught glimpse of its tail as it scampered away into the trees. Up to the day she disappeared, his mother never believed him.
“And if we hurry, we might even get to see two!” Muiris chuckled and nudged Lorencio’s shoulder before bounding off in a slow, heavy canter. A race, if he would, to Valore’s gates.

L O R E N C I O War-Forged | Kindling Not going to the market? Huh. Well, whatever Uncle Mui wanted, it was sure to be fun. And they were being really quiet, too, which meant extra adventure! Scorch scrambled behind him, her toenails clicking on the floors as they headed downstairs to the kitchens. Uncle Mui left a note on the windowsill, but it was too high up for Lorencio to read, and he only knew a few words anyway. He followed his uncle outside into the street, where the town was just beginning to wake up, the sounds of the market in the distance still dim. A few labor slaves were already in the streets, but otherwise they were alone.
He was so busy watching the empty streets he almost didn’t hear Mui say they were going to see dragons.
“Really? Wow, Uncle Mui! That’s the best ever!” He grinned down at Scorch, who was wiggling all over with excitement, her fluffy tail smacking against his legs. “Maybe even two dragons! Didja hear that, Scorch? Dragons!” He grinned up at his uncle, nearly tripping as Mui nudged his shoulder. He recovered quickly to scamper after the stallion, who was now cantering down the street just slow enough that Lorencio could keep up. “Race you to the gates, Uncle Mui!” He nosed past the roan, tiny hooves clattering against the paving stones as Scorch scampered beside him, pink tongue lolling to the side. Dragons!

The stallion’s spirits rose at the excitement from the colt, almost making him forget the reason he was here in the first place. His ear flicked at the sound of the colt’s peppy voice shouting after him, glancing to the side just as he raced after him to catch up. Excitement for the colt’s adventure swelled his his chest. He remembered the first time his own father had taken him out.. “Sight seeing.” It was actually hunting, as the old man claimed he needed new pelts, but it was all the same for young Muiris. The first time he had seen a bear up close was the most exciting part of his young life. He was overly excited to share that with his nephew, praying they would at least find a wild pygmy.
The colt shouted his challenge, pulling Muiris from his thoughts and causing a lopsided smirk to spread across his lips. He chuckled as the spotted boy pulled ahead, pretending that he was trying really hard to gain back his lead, but of course he would lose intentionally.
They made it to the gates and Muiris was already huffing and puffing, his dark nostrils lightly flaring as he sucked in the cool morning hair with deep breaths. Even if he had been running slow, the massive stallion was built for combat, not sprints. It didnt help that his studded shoes offered no footing on Aodh’s sophisticated cobble stone streets.
“You’re getting too fast for your age.” He teased, ruffling Lorencio’s rough mane with his muzzle before taking the lead out the gates. “You’re making your uncle feel old.” He raised his gaze to the guard at the gate, giving him a curt nod before leading Loren out past the city limits. The soft grass felt nice under his burdened hooves, the scent of fresh pine and leaves filling each of his breaths.
His steps were quiet and deliberate, his ears pricked and eyes scanning the path before them. “Keep an eye up in the trees too. Some dragons can be tricky and like to hide in the branches.” He said in a hushed tone, looking back at his nephew with a smile tugging his features.

L O R E N C I O War-Forged | Kindling It didn’t take them long to reach the guardhouse, and the whole way there they madea a glorious noise, Uncle Mui’s big hooves crashing like stones against the streets so that it was like they had a parade with them, with big drums, seeing them off on their adventure.
Lorencio walked with careful steps after his uncle. This was only his third time outside the city, and everything seemed so interesting he wasn’t sure where to look. The grass underfoot seemed softer and greener than the grass in the city, and even the wildflowers seemed brighter even though they grew randomly, scattered through the grass like Kaia’d just thrown a handful into the air and they’d grown where they fell.
Of course they weren’t the most interesting things out here, not by far. They were walking through a little grove of trees, trees that rustled in the wind and seemed determined to grow even though they were right by Valore. Lorencio knew, deep down, that there probably weren’t going to be lots of dragons this close to the city. The big forests where the dragons lived were a long ways off, he was pretty sure. Distances on the maps didn’t always make much sense.
And the dragons were wild, right? That meant they didn’t like being around horses, just like the rats he saw in the pantry sometimes. So, that meant there probably weren’t going to be whole flocks of them around here, but they had to find at least one.
Scorch, who’d been alternately sniffing around his feet and trying to figure out what sort of animal Uncle Mui’s feathery legs were (Lorencio didn’t blame her, they were super fluffy), took off running into some bushes. Without thinking Lorencio jumped after her.
“No, Scorch! You’re too small to go running off, get back here! There’s dragons out there, they’ll eat you!” He only went a few yards into the bushes before he stopped, though. He didn’t want to get lost, and Scorch did have a pretty good sense of direction. He turned around to head back to Uncle Mui. That was when he saw it.
Glittering at his feet was a white dragon scale. It was big, almost the size of his hoof, and it caught the sun and threw back lots of glittering colors when he picked it up. Woah. “Uncle Mui! Uncle Mui!” He burst out of the bushes at full speed, sliding to a stop right in front of the tall stallion. “Look what I found!” He held the glittering scale up as high as he could, which was, unfortunately, about a foot below Muiris’ nose.

It felt nice to be out of the city and into the fresh air, his eyes lightening from the open space. He didnt feel like an oversized horse in a tiny city anymore. He could move without the fear of stepping on anyone. He could think without the constant buzz of voices in the background. If it hadnt been so warm, he could argue that it was almost like being back home.
The trees rustled above their heads in the breeze, the cool air ruffling the draft’s hot coat. He missed the cold temperatures of Onea. He missed the snow. Dammit, he even missed the occasional avalanche if he was being honest. Valore was too muggy, too hot, too crowded. With a huff, the painted stallion puffed his long forelock from his eyes. He slowly scanned the trees above him, his gaze jumping from branch to branch and then back to land. He was hoping they would at least see one dragon, or even sign of one.
He tried his hardest to ignore the dog bouncing at his legs, stopping to try to grab his feathering every now and then. He knew dogs like Lorencio’s pet werent dangerous.. Unless they were trying to be protective of their masters, but he had too many flashbacks of the Night of the Bloodletting to feel completely comfortable about the canine companion. Maybe one day his mind would change, but for now his scars were enough to prove that he prefered to keep his distance. However, for the sake of his nephew, he allowed the bouncing pup to continue as it were, keeping his insecurities to himself.
It was the that Loren suddenly shouted, both him and the dog darting off. “Loren-!” Muiris shouted, but it was already too late. He knew all too well that a running colt was on a mission and there was no hope in getting them back. Sighing softly and picking up a slow, lumbering trot, the stallion followed where his nephew had disappeared into the bushes.
He found himself freezing as the colt suddenly started shouting, bursting out from behind the bushes like a bat out of hell. Muiris’s heart flipped in surprise, his eyes widened as he worried for a second that maybe he had gotten hurt. But instead, being held up before him, was a shimmering white dragon scale.
The raider released the breath he didnt know he was holding, dipping his head down to gaze at the scale at eye level. It sparkled in the sunlight, glittering in soft rainbow colors wherever the sun touched it directly. “Damn.” The stallion whispered, suddenly biting his tongue. He could just hear Matty scolding him for using language like that in front of the kid. “Where did you find that?” He asked, excitement in his tone as he picked his head up and glanced in the direction Loren had come from.
If there was a scale laying out in the open like that, there had to be a dragon nearby. His excitement not allowing him to wait for a response, Muiris pushed his way through the bush and beckoned for his nephew to follow. He scanned the ground quickly, his eyes darting back and forth across the grass- and thats when he saw it- a soft indent in the grass.
A dragon’s footprint.

L O R E N C I O War-Forged | Kindling Lorencio grinned appreciatively at Uncle Mui’s reaction to the dragon scale. Ooh, mom would be mad if she heard him using that word, but she hadn’t heard, and Lorencio certainly didn’t mind. In fact, he thought it was great.
Uncle Mui headed over into the bushes, presumably to look for more scales, and Lorencio followed, ears at full alert and tail waving like a banner behind him. The sun was shining, the air was clear and warm, the trees were bright and green, and they were out on an adventure. Could today get any better?
Muiris stopped unexpectedly, and Lorencio bumped right into him.
“Whatcha looking at, Uncle Mui?” He stepped up beside the stallion, following his gaze to the ground in front of the pair. “Is that...” He trailed off, his voice a reverent whisper. “Wow.” There really were dragons out here. That was a dragon footprint. A dragon footprint. He dropped down next to it, poking at it, then glancing back up at Mui. “It’s a real dragon footprint, all right!” He stood up abruptly. “That means they gotta be around here someplace!”
Wait… Scorch was out there, all alone with the dragons! She was getting bigger, but she still wasn’t big enough to fight a dragon. Yet. Suddenly afraid for her, he trotted into the trees in the direction she’d gone. Scorch was in there somewhere, and he didn’t want her to get eaten by dragons, now that he knew for sure and certain they were here. She was smart and fast, which was why he wasn’t running. Also he didn’t want to totally disappear on Uncle Mui. His mom had told him never to go running off, and he intended to obey her every time he remembered. Or, well, almost every time.
He didn’t go far, just a few yards. He could still see Uncle Mui through the trees. From the distance came a yelp. Or was it a yelp? Could that have been just a bark? Was it Scorch or another dog? It was far away enough that he couldn’t tell, but he took off running anyway, forgetting his mother’s command as quickly as he’d remembered it, though he did spare a backwards glance. Uncle Mui would follow him, though, and Scorch might be in trouble, which was reason enough to move quickly. The forest wasn’t so big anyhow, and it’d be easy to find his way out.
“I’m coming, Scorch!” he called as the figure of the tall Raider faded behind him.

His ears flicked back as he felt a bump against his legs, glancing back to find Lorencio tangled up in his tail. He chuckled softly and stepped to the side, allowing his nephew to step up beside him and look closely at the foot print in the ground. He nodded slowly as the spotted colt uttered out a whisper of surprise before tipping his head up to scan the trees around them. To be honestly, the stallion hadnt actually expected to find any sign of dragons out in the forest. He knew they were there, but he figured, by now, familiar traders would have bundled them all up for selling. This thought brought a small grin to his lips. There was still hope out there for those wild ones.
“Yep! Somewhere..” He started to reply, turning his head back toward the colt only to see that he was.. Suddenly not there. His brow furrowed as he shifted his gaze ahead of him, picking out the light coated colt easily among the trees. The raider carefully stepped over the dragon’s footprint, not wanting to disturb it. It was then that he heard the sound of a yelp, his hooves stopping in their tracks and his ears flicking forward in the direction of the sound.
That was when he heard the sound of rustling, turning his gaze back to where Lorencio was to find that he had disappeared once again. Cursing under his breath, he lept over a small bush before taking off in the direction that the colt had run.
“Loren!” He called, his nostrils flaring as he sucking in a deep breath of the forest’s fresh air. Oh, how he hated running. He heard his nephew call out for his dog, confirming that Muiris was on the right track.
It was then that he was about to catch up to the colt that he heard a rustling in the trees above him. He turned his gaze up, his eyes narrowed as he tried to peer through the leaves. However, he had been focusing on the wrong spot. Just as suddenly as he had looked up, a dark red figure dropped from the trees, small branches falling with it. It spread its wings out before him, its yellow eyes gleaming in the sun as it screamed at the stallion with a high pitched screech.
A dragon.
Muiris slammed to a stop, his hooves digging into the soft forest soil as his eyes widened at the sight. Of course, it was only a pygmy dragon, but it still took his breath away.

L O R E N C I O War-Forged | Kindling It. Was. A. Dragon. He saw it just a moment before Uncle Mui caught up to him, the bigger horse taking longer to work his way through the brush. Loren laughed softly, uncontainably excited. His tail twitched back and forth and his ears were pointed straight at the little animal several yards in front of him, watching them warily. It let out a shriek and Loren jumped nearly a foot and scrambled backwards, bumping into Uncle Mui. His ears flattened for just a moment but, when the dragon stopped, they snapped back to full alert. Without taking his eyes off the red lizard he whispered, “Wow. We found one.”
It was little, red, and really, really cool. It watched him with yellow snake eyes, clever and maybe a little afraid. Its wings were spread defensively, and Lorencio held his breath, not wanting to scare it away with sudden movements or noises or loud breathing. It had fangs, and its head was kind of round. He’d expected it to look like a snake with wings, but if it looked like anything it looked like a reptilian dog with scales and wings. A little more angular than a dog, and its legs weren’t quite the same, but that wasn’t the point. It was more like a dog than a snake, that was the point. It wasn’t terribly little, now he really looked at it. About Scorch’s size, more or less.
The comparison occurred to him at about the same time Scorch popped out of the underbrush on the other side of the dragon, across the clearing from Loren and Muiris. The puppy slid to a stop, pink tongue lolling to one side and his head cocked in an expression equally confused and concerned. The dragon didn’t notice the puppy, but Loren froze, thinking quickly. Scorch was little still, and just the right size for the dragon’s dinner. Scorch might be tough, but while she had teeth and liked to use them she couldn’t breathe fire. He hesitated for a long moment. The dragon hadn’t noticed Scorch, and maybe she’d be okay, if the dragon kept its attention on them and Lorencio got Scorch back quickly. But how could he do that?
Suddenly unsure of himself for the first time that day (or that week, for that matter), he looked up at Uncle Mui. “What should we do?”
There were some sticks on the ground, and lots of bushes and things. Maybe if he could make Scorch go around the clearing to him… but she didn’t listen at the best of times, and he wasn’t sure if she was smart enough to realize she needed to go around the dragon, not through it, if he called her. As he was thinking, Scorch noticed the dragon. She jumped backwards, all four paws off the ground, and disappeared into the bush she’d just come out of, leaving only her little pink nose sticking out. Loren was pretty sure she’d seen him, but at least she wasn’t going to run to him. Maybe…
The dragon, looking increasingly intimidated by the horses, let out a little burst of flame as if to say, “Watch out.” Loren tried to step back again, forgetting that he was already leaning against Uncle Mui, and shivered nervously. Dragons were super cool and all, but would Scorch be okay?

The small dragon rose its wings before them, opening its jaws wide in a screech. Muiris flinched as his nephew bumped into him, but his eyes couldnt leave the red gleam of the creature’s scales. All his life, he had wanted to see a dragon - a real one, out in the wild, not as someone’s pet. Excitement boiled through his veins, his nerves on edge.
But then a movement in the distance caught his attention. Scorch. That damn dog. The large stallion sighed as Lorencio asked what they should do, his gaze shifting between dog, brush, and dragon as he tried to make a plan. He felt warmth rise on his face as the dragon let out a small flame, making itself look bigger as if it was trying to intimidate the pair.
“Follow me.” The stallion said quietly, mumbling under his breath in hopes not to scare the dragon any more than they already had. Slowly, he started taking cautious, small steps back. His eyes never left the gaze of the dragon, and he watched as it bent his head in curiosity as the pair of equine suddenly started moving. Muiris glanced back toward the canine, happy to see it hiding among the branches. However, he wasnt sure how long she would be smart enough to stay there, considering her owner was now.. Leaving.
His hoof tapped the scale as he backed up, tinging softly against his hoof. Holding his breath, Muiris swept it up in his grasp and tucked it to his side. He then picked up a stick and aimed it at the beast before them.
“Loren, call your dog.. And then run.” He spoke softly, his gaze unwavering from the dragon’s fiery eyes.

L O R E N C I O War-Forged | Kindling Uncle Mui’s voice was a lot more intense than it usually was, and all of a sudden Lorencio knew he had to listen. No more games. It was time to go, even if the dragon was super cool. His eyes flicked from Scorch to the dragon and back as he took a deep breath, steadying himself for whatever was about to happen.
“Scorch? Scorch, come here, girl!” His voice was quiet and nervous, but Scorch definitely heard him. Everything happened at once. Scorch, puppy ears pricked up at the sound of her friend’s voice, started running at them. The dragon, who till now had been focused on Uncle Mui, realized the puppy was there and turned sharply, spreading its wings and hissing like a really, really big cat. And Lorencio? All he could do was watch as Scorch took a flying leap over the dragon and darted towards him. For a second he thought she would stop at his feet but instead she took off past him, running like mad back towards the road.
The wind from her running past him shook him out of his trance and he followed her, bumping into Mui as he turned. The brush and undergrowth barely slowed him down and once he even had to jump over a big fallen log. By the time he reached the road, where Scorch was waiting and sitting all sprawled out on the grass, he was grinning. That was fun! Like, really fun! He stopped and plopped down on the grass next to Scorch to wait for Uncle Mui, who would definitely be just fine fighting that dragon all on his own. He even had a big stick, so he would be safe for sure. Right?
Lorencio realized he was worried. Sure, Uncle Mui could probably handle it. He’d definitely fought bigger things back where he was from. Things like bears and wolves and stuff. But this was a dragon, and that had to be different. Bears didn’t have wings or scales or breathe fire or have scary sharp claws… wait, no, they had claws. But everything else was different. Lorencio had to go make sure Uncle Mui could handle the dragon by himself; he couldn’t just leave him all alone there! But… he was supposed to run, Uncle Mui had told him so. On second thought, maybe he’d better listen and stay here so he wouldn’t get in the way and make things more dangerous. Yeah, that sounded like a good idea. Lorencio stood up, a little nervous, to wait for his uncle and hope he’d be able to handle the dragon by himself.

The stallion watched with wide eyes as Scorch leapt over the dragon and took off running toward Lorencio. Luckily, the dog kept going, and Lorencio followed. Letting out a breath of relief, Muiris turned back to the dragon. He didnt want to hurt the little thing. After all, they had been the ones who had trespassed into its territory and they had probably startled it. Dipping his head as low as he could, the Raider held his hammer to his side, just as a precaution, and slowly stared to take steps back.
The dragon hissed, raising on hind legs and spreading his wings out as far as they would stretch, making himself look larger than he actually was. Muiris adverted eye contact, continuing to back slowly. This is what his mother had told him to do when he encountered snakes.. should work the same for dragons.. right?
Much to his relief, the dragon found all four limbs again, dropping to the ground and watching Muiris back away. He still craned his neck, claws out stretched, but he was no longer hissing and spitting. Perhaps Muiris would find a way to get out of here before getting attacked or burning the forest down, not that a new scar or two wouldnt hold a good memory.
Once he got far enough away, he turned his gaze back toward the dragon, just for a moment. Sure, he had seen pygmy dragons that the Aodhians kept as pets, but.. this one. This one was a wild one, owned by no one but himself. It inspiring to see one out on its own, away from the clutches of Valore's influence. A small smile found his lips as he dipped his head to the dragon before turning on his hooves and running in the direction he saw - he hoped he saw, anyways - his nephew bolt off in.
It didnt take him long to find Lorencio and Scorch, both waiting for him at the road. He slowed to a walk as he approached, his breath quick from the run and the excitement from the dragons.
"Well?" He started, stopping beside the colt and messing his forelock. "What did you think?" His smile beamed as he took a glance over his shoulder. Oh, if only his mother would have been able to see it too. Thats what the thought crossed his mind, his head tipping to the side as he looked back at the spotted colt. "Dont ever tell your mother we got so close to that think." She would kill me.
Chuckling softly to himself he tipped his head for the colt to follow him back to the city. That was enough excitement for one day.

L O R E N C I O War-Forged | Kindling Lorencio stood at the side of the road, waiting patiently for Uncle Mui to come out of the forest. It wouldn't take him too long to get away from the dragon, right? ...Right? Lorencio realized that the dragon, as little as it was, could probably breathe fire, and fire could really hurt. He'd learned that the hard way.
So he was a little anxious as he waited, and he breathed a sigh of relief as he heard Uncle Mui coming, walking through the forest like a great big warrior from the stories his mother told him. And it made sense. He had just won a fight with a dragon, after all. Lorencio trotted up and laughed when his uncle ruffled his hair.
"Did it breathe fire again, Uncle Mui? Didja have to fight it?" Uncle Mui didn't seem to be hurt at all; there were no marks besides the scars that were already there. So he'd won without being hurt. He was awesome.
"Well? What did you think?" Uncle Mui asked, and Lorencio grinned.
"That was amazing! We should do that again sometime, and maybe find more! We should... probably leave Scorch at home if we go looking again though." He pranced in a small circle on the grass, tiny hooves beating an excited rhythm on the ground as Scorch tried to run under him without getting stepped on, bouncing like the toys she liked to chase. When Uncle Mui warned him not to tell his mom, he nodded solemnly. If mom ever found out... well, she probably wouldn't let him go out on trips again, and that wouldn't be any fun at all!
As the War-Forged stallion set off on the road towards the city, Lorencio followed. It had been an exciting day, and it was still pretty early. There was plenty of time left in the day to find more new and exciting things to do, and Lorencio was going to try and find as many as possible before the day ended. The world was so big and exciting, and he couldn't wait to explore it all.
