Alvaro | War-Forged | Farmer
If you haven’t found something strange during the day; it hasn’t been much of a day
Alvaro watched as the rest of the little group they formed on the walk to the trees stepped carefully inside the cathedral.
He still had an uneasy feeling and his hair stood on end, but surprisingly he no longer feared an attack. This place was weird, but not dangerous.
Suddenly a stranger arrived, well most of the present horses were strangers to him, but this one was even more...strange.
He introduced himself as Hemlock, but not without telling them an old story first. Usually Alvaro had no interest in legends, but something about this place made him listen.
It was a nice thought, to believe that those trees would protect them all, though he wondered if that only affected unicorns, as “true” children of Kaia, or all those souls born in this land.
Hemlock addressed his final words to Evokar, who thereupon left immediately to fulfil the task given to him. Yes the Warlord had to be told of this, everything that happened today.
For a short moment the stallion took a quick look at the angry kirin. “I believe those friendly stranger meant the trees, not you” he said slightly amused.
That was, however very interesting. If the kirin spoke the true, then Hira knew and accepted the presence of a Kirin in her lands...without letting the people know? That wasn’t right. Not at all.
He didn’t cared about politics, but this was something different. It affected them all.
“I think we are done here. Let’s go home” those words he only spoke to Luana, but before he left the trees he looked back to Pele once more.
“...Kirin...do you have a place to stay? My door is always open for...guests.”
Usually he had an easier time inviting new horses to his home. Without waiting for the scaled horses answer, he walked out of the tree cathedral.
