Summary
After much hard training, time has come to put Amber's abilities to the ultimate test. High up the mountain lies Ayla's and Kaia's shrines and Amber is determined to seek them out. She however is not going alone and something tells them they're about to be tested.
Setting
Mount Skeldr; Early Spring 1700

Amber, Froya, Zestoka and Muiris

Amber stood silently as everyone slowly trickled in. Somehow her little quest of reaching the shrines, had turned into somewhat of a group training mission. She sighed annoyed that it had come to this. Then again, she figured it was indeed good training for everybody, so she could hardly object on the matter. She stared up at the cloud covered peak of Mount Skeldr, imagining the shrines that stood proud at it's top. Kaia would be proud of her, no doubt, if she showed such dedication to climb all the way up. Maybe in the future it would be her to hear her prayers and bless her rather than the water goddess. She shook her head, forcefully dislodging the thought in her head. She mustn't be ungrateful for Cascade's choice in blessing her. Being blessed was an honour.
Trying to distract herself, she looked around to watch the others. She hoped none of them would give her any trouble in reaching the top. Somewhere amongst that rocks laid the body of her aunt who perished trying to complete the journey. Aside from it being a training mission, this was also a tribute to Roselia, and nobody was stopping her in providing that honour for her aunt.
