Leif | Serora | Apprentice
Leif had awoken early that morning to get some adventuring in before the sun had risen to its fullest and hottest in order. He had just recently recovered from the aging potions that he had drank and left him yearning to venture out of his home now that he was feeling better. He wanted to see what this new body could do! Already he could tell that his strides were longer, carrying him over the sandy terrain of the Zuiseset. Even his dingo familiar, Bambam, was having a harder time than usual keeping up with him. 'Slow down, Leif! It's your first day back out of the house. You're going to exhaust yourself.' He heard his familiar bark out, but Leif simply rolled his eyes, casting him a playful look. "You just don't want to walk this fast. I know how lazy you are, Bambam."
The sun created bright pinks and then blues in the sky as it steadily came over the horizon, making the stars and moons disappear from sight. Leif smiled, seeing a large rock a short distance away. "I'll race you to that rock. The last one there has to find lunch." Suddenly, the young stallion took off. His legs carried his body over the land faster than it ever had before. Wow, maybe he should take some more of those aging potions... if only they didn't make you feel like garbage for days afterwards. The black and white apprentice turned to see his familiar falling behind despite his efforts to keep up, and a wide grin pulled up the corners of his lips.
'Leif! Look out!' Yeah right, like he was going to fall for that one again! It was then that Leif heard the brush in front of him rustle. Leif tried his hardest to stop despite the fact that he had been going full speed toward the rock with no intent on stopping this soon. He could feel his hooves sliding across the sand as they tried to stop his now much heavier body. He wasn't going to stop in time! He had to make a decision: run into whoever or whatever was in the brush or figure something else out. Leif grunted and threw himself to the ground, knowing that he wasn't going fast enough to really hurt himself. The ground knocked the breath out of him, but the fall caused him to skid to a fault just in front of where the bushes had rustled.

Noatak
Slipping out on an early morning was no issue when his parents were most of the time already up and going about their day. So it wasn't to hard to slip out with them noticing. So Noa was quickly trotting away, with a bright smile on his face, way to eager to explore the desert. He enjoyed the desert and the plants far more then he did the city. Too many noises, to many horses walking around it was all to much for the little colt. So the desert the sand clear area was perfect for him. Head held high he trotted with a skip in his step, letting his small wings spread out, at times he liked to pretend he was flying like the other pegasi and he was already so eager to learn how to fly.
Brow lifted as his ears flicked forwards as he heard something. Panic arose in his chest and all he could do was dash into a bush, hoping that whatever he heard would vanish. For but a moment it seemed like it was, and then all he heard hooves and Noa coward in panic. This was it, he was in trouble, one of his dads had found him and he was going to get scolded. Eyes shut tightly as the sound of the hooves seemed to grow closer and closer, and that was when he heard the tumble, and soon dust and sand seemed to skid towards him. Causing Noa to cough and sneeze trying to rid his face of such things.
Head slowly poked up from the bush to spot a horse he had not seen before, which somehow made him only duck his head back in the bush once more as if thinking this would hide him again. Ears flickered back to his skull as he seemed to rustle in the bush, not caring about the twigs that seemed to scrap against him or the leaves that hide much from his view. "Hi..." he whispered out to afraid to poke his head back out again.

Leif | Serora | Apprentice
Leif took in a few deep breaths to refill his lungs after the wind had been knocked out of him from his fall, but after a few moments of recovery, he was well enough to stand back up. His blue eyes scanned his now dirtied pelt, not that he cared about that anyways, for any injuries, and he sighed in relief when he confirmed he was okay. It'd be such a pain to ask his father, Ryder, to bandage him up... again. His dad had enough stuff to worry about now that he had to provide for them both with his mother around. It was tough, and it made it hard to see his dad a lot, but Leif understood that he was just trying to do what was best for him.
His dingo familiar, Bambam, reached his side soon he stood up, sniffing his leg to make sure he was uninjured. 'Told ya so, Leif. I wasn't just being lazy.' It was then that he realized that they weren't allow. He looked up with an expression of surprise as his eyes fell on a young colt as he poked his head out of the brush for a brief second before hiding once more. He was a very young colt at that! He was probably way too young and little to be out here by himself without someone watching out for him. The Thunderbirds that patrolled Sedo would have no problem scooping him up and eating him as an appetizer.
'Hi...' The pale colt whispered from his hiding place, and Leif couldn't help but chuckle.
Carefully, he pushed some of the brush out of the way with his telekinesis, revealing part of the foal's face. "Hey there~ My name is Leif. What's yours?" The black and white Apprentice asked curiously, his tail flicking excitedly behind him. "Whatcha doin' all the way out here by yourself?"

Noa
As the leaves departed without a force, Noa could help, but stare with envy and delight. His fathers told him that it would come to him as well, but he was still so young, still had so much to learn. All Noa could do was nod weakly, trying to understand fully, but never really. As the other one spoke, Noa offered a faint smile, and hummed a bit more out of a seeking comfort way. But as Noa looked to this one called Leif, he figured if he was gonna get in trouble it would have happened already. A soft smile grew on his lips as he asked him a few questions.
"Im Noatak, but I go by Noa too.." he spoke softly, he wasn't filled with same energy as other foals, that would yell and scream and run about, he much preferred to watch and listen. At times he too would romp and play around. Though when he asked about what he was doing out here? Well his ears flickered back quickly and all eye contact was gone as he looked as about as guilty as a dog that got into something they shouldn't have. "Just looking around" he remarked a bit sheepishly. With his luck, he'd be sent home to find his dads angrily asking where he was and how he shouldn't just slip away as he does. Noa couldn't help it. he had such a need to see ad explore, there was so much to see. Could anyone really blame him when it comes down to it? Probably yes, but Noa still risked it, and now he could possibly make a friend. "Think you could show me around?" he asked trying his best to change the subject and get a chance to see more things.
