A Walk On The Town RP between BlueUnicornJ13 's Sven and FaunaFawn's Farsight Setting: Year 1690 in the city of Inaria
Sven | Talori | Entertainer
It was a beautiful, sunny day that the young, chestnut colt decided to take a much needed break from the hard life of an agriculturist to travel to Inaria. Not that his parents knew that he was going though. They’d just ruin his fun! The palm trees shifted in the ocean breeze, and puffy white clouds floated through the sky. It was a long walk to the city from his parent’s farm. The road was long and winding through a few smaller villages, but it was well spent gazing at the different houses and horses that he passed, who, of course, gave the young horse a curious look as they probably wondered what he was doing all alone without his parents. The beaded necklace that symbolized his childhood still dangled around his neck, and if anyone asked how old he was, he probably wouldn't be able to pull off an older age since he was only 8. He didn't think that anyone would really believe him if he lied anyhow. Sven trotted confidently down the path though, ignoring the stares that he was receiving and filling his mind with childish imaginations of the city and what he would do when he got there. Maybe he could buy something from one of the merchants, or maybe he’d even see the Emperor! That would certainly be exciting to tell his younger siblings. He would have to be really careful about who knew about this adventure though. His parents couldn’t know that he had snuck out and had traveled all the way to Inaria. Maybe he’d end up keeping this little trip to himself to keep from getting into trouble. Sven’s hooves clicked down the gravel path that lead into the magnificent city. Horses bustled back and forth as they went about their business, and the young colt found himself fascinated by the different aspects of life in the city. The buildings were crafted beautifully, and Sven couldn’t help but ogle at the storytellers and other entertainers that worked on the corners of the markets. His wonder-filled eyes could hardly take in all the different things going on around him, and when his long legs took him past a small place to sit down in the shade of a great tree, the chestnut colt ambled over to it and listened with a grin to the horse playing an instrument he’d never seen before not too far away. “This place is so amazing.” Sven muttered dreamily to himself, humming a quiet tune to the entertainer’s music. His stomach twisted nervously as words to the music began to form in his mind, and the colt snapped back to reality, silencing his short tune. Thoughts of becoming an entertainer flooded his mind for a second before he was able to push them away again. He was supposed to become an agriculturist like his parents and his grandparents, not some ‘horse that sang on the street corner’ as his father like to put it. ‘Even if that might be what I want to be.’ His parents wanted him to be the same thing as them, but Sven couldn't help but think about doing what he wanted to do. Farsight || Talori || Harrower
Farsight smiled brightly as he looked out into the busy streets, home. It really wasn't his home this place, but he felt more alive here then anywhere else. The busy streets, the music and wares. Everything scream that this was his playground. This was where he belonged and yet oddly he didn't. Due to his lack of good genetics he was born at the bottom of the food chain here in herd of Talori. Pegasi was not an entirely welcomed site to see, many found them merely worms upon the ground many wouldn't even acknowledge Farsight.
Though despite it all he didn't let it bother him today, today he was not on the job helping his dad with his job. Farsight has saved enough coins to allow him to get something at the market area but what? This world was his playground and he wanted to experience everything little thing. Eyes closed he took in a deep breath and sighed with simple content. Despite if the herd never welcomes him with arms wide open, he was home. Farsight trotted quickly on his slender legs and seemed to hum a bit cheerfully, he was thinking perhaps some paints! He coudl touch up the old harrowers deck he had. Make them look brand new! Surely that would help him more? Hooves clicked with each step as Farsight looked all around smiling with delight, though the sound of music filled his ears as the tune fluttered out to him. "Beautiful." he remarked so softly to himself, he had to check it out!
It was a matter of moments before he was there and found another his age listening too. Farsight being the bit of the social bugger easily walked up along side of him and offered a cheerful smile. "Its a wonderful tune." he remarked to young colt chuckling a bit. Farsight looked to the one that played the instrument and smiled all the more. "Wish I had the skill for something like that..." he spoke aloud to know one in particular. Farsight glanced back at the other colt and flickered his ears back always forgetting not many always want to talk to a pegasi.

Sven | Talori | Entertainer
Sven's mind was captivated by his thoughts as he tried to work his way around what his parents wanted him to be when he grew up. It wouldn't be long now before he was considered an adult in their society, and he was sure that he would have to get his own farm to work on then. He couldn't help but groan at the thought of it. Working on a farm could be fun sometimes, but it wasn't the work that he liked. The young colt enjoyed the freedom, and he liked going on adventures by himself like this one right now. The work itself was absolutely horrible now that he thought about it. He was always dirty and had a scrape or scratch somewhere on him from pulling up weeds or plowing the land. The thought of it brought a sour look to his face, contorting it in disgust before he focused his attention of the entertainer's music again with a pleasant sigh. He could think about all of this later. Right now, all he wished to do was enjoy his time away and relax.
His ears snapped to the side when he heard the voice of someone speak next to him, and his head turned to see a horse around his age standing beside him. Sven stared for a moment at the flea bitten colt before a friendly smile spread across his face. He had noticed that he had a set of wings on his back, but Sven wasn't one to be unfriendly to anyone who could potentially be a friend. 'Treat others like you treat yourself' as his mother liked to put it, and in his book, pegasi still fit into those rules. "Same here. I mean I can carry a tune myself, but I don't know how to play any instruments." Sven said with a chuckle, thinking of the times that he sang to himself on the farm while he worked. He liked to think that he was pretty good at it. At least, it seemed that the other farmhands enjoyed it. "My name is Sven by the way. What's yours?"

Farsight || Talori || Harrower
A smile grew on his lips, the kind that touched his eyes and made them sparkle all the more. To say he was pleased this other colt spoke back to him was indeed an understatement. Farsight wasn't always used to the common equine and grander ones to speak to him with such friendliness, but of course they were the new age perhaps things could change? Farsight perked up all the more. "Oh you can sing? Do you entertain here as well?" he said with a bit to much pep in his talk. Farsight was always curious about the other entertainers. His father introduced him to many but it was nice to possibly see one his own age.
Ears flickered up a bit. "Oh a pleasure to meet you Sven." Farsight bowed deeply even using his wings to do so. He was told to have manners by his father, a pegasi like himself was the lowest of the low, so that meant to have to be better then ever just amount to something. "I'm Farsight, a future entertainer once I get the knack of things otherwise I just help my dad with his gig." he chuckled a bit as he nestled his wings back to place. "Im hoping to be a Harrower, since my dad says they aren't any around any more." Farsight's ears flickered back wondering if he was over stepping the boundaries of everything. He tends to be a chatter box and could talk on and on, something his mother has been pressing on him to stop.

Sven grinned at the sight of the bright-eyed smile that appeared on the colt's face beside him, as if the other horse had expected him to shrug him off like some bug and not respond to him. But he guessed that some other Talorians probably did that to him all the time based on the wings on his back. To Sven, they just added to his interest in him, though he had to admit that he was quite the chatterbox once someone got him started, and he could probably talk to anyone given the opportunity. "Yeah, I can sing." Sven answered with a grin before continuing, "I'm not an entertainer though. I do it more for fun... I'm actually supposed to be becoming an agriculturist like my parents. I'm not sure yet though." The chestnut stallion frowned in thought as his olive green eyes stared at the entertainer in front of them playing his instrument happily. He wanted that: happiness and contentment.
Sven chuckled at the other colt's bow. He couldn't say that he'd ever have someone bow at him before even if they were just being polite. His ears perked up with interest as the fleabitten horse told him a bit about himself and how he was an entertainer hoping to become a Harrower. His brows narrowed slightly at the word, unfamiliar with the terms and different talents that entertainers could have. "It's nice to meet you too, Farsight!" Sven said excitedly, flashing his new friend a bright smile. "So what does a Harrower do exactly? I'm not really familiar with different types of entertainers. I don't get to leave the farm very often." He admitted with a chuckle, turning bright, curious eyes toward Farsight as he awaited the colt's response.

Farsight || Talori || Harrower
Ears perked high on his brow as Sven mentioned of singing, he was already bursting with energy and a eagerness to speak, as soon as Sven was done, he spoke out quickly"We you know my father sings! He can help you if you ever want?" he titled his head smiling. "Nothing wrong with doing what you love too. I mean I have my own joys outside of my future." he chuckled as he ruffled his wings a bit before settling them back to his side, a bit of a nervous habit, or perhaps as a way to remind him his place. "Oh Harrowing is pretty neat, still learning, my dad wants me to keep working at it. Learn how to make a show of it. But I predict the future, whether it is to love, or something else. I see it with my cards. I've gotten pretty good at it, though I haven't been able to predict the far future, but I could with a few days of things. It can be hard and easy. Sometimes telling someone something bad...." he paused for a moment flickering his ears back and shook his head a bit, tossing his tri colored locks. "It's just not ever fun to get bad news." he laughed it off, but he seemed to unsettle himself.
"But it's nice to met you Sven! What are you doing out in town?" he remarked a bit curiously since it seemed he didn't get to go out a lot. Surely that had to be a bit disappointing. Inaria was his home, though he couldn't live here, yet he wished he could. SO many dreams he had of clipping his own wings, dying to be apart of a world he was never welcomed in. He remembered the horror on his mothers face when he was pulling out his own wings. He had a long talk with his dad that day. He remembered it all so clearly, even though he was quite young, younger than now, and even then he knew the injustices he had as a pegasi. Farsight took a deep breath and instantly wished for a sweet treat, needing something to sweeten the bitter mood that has settled around him. "Want to share a treat with me? I have some spare coins from my job!" he remarked smiling all the more. Though he stopped and paused nervously, "That is if you want of course." he dipped his head respectfully, unsure of such an offer would be a slap in the face to Sven. He was but a pegasi, the scum of Talori.

Sven | Talori | Entertainer
Sven cracked a wide grin at Farsight's obvious excitement and how he seemed to be bursting with energy. It was refreshing to have someone that excited to be around, though he had the feeling that this might be some sort of caged up energy that he was just releasing. Sven's eyes widened when Farsight mentioned that his father was a singer, and it took all of his self-control not to trot around like a little colt. "Really? That would be awesome if he could show me a few things!" He said eagerly, flicking his tail around his flank. His heart soared with hope at the thought of meeting an entertainer who could sing. Maybe he could teach him how to hone in on his skills and what he would need to do to become an entertainer. Sven's ears perked with interest as he started to describe what his job was. Was he some sort of magic to be able to tell the future of others, even if it was just the future of a few days ahead of time? It sounded too good to be true! "You can really tell the future? That's amazing!" Sven's tone was baffled, but the smile on his face remained. When Farsight mentioned having to tell others bad news, his expression softened a little. "Yeah, getting bad news is always rough."
At Farsight's question, Sven gave him an impish grin, chuckling softly. "I snuck off to visit the city. I wanted some time away from farm-life, and I really enjoy it here in Inaria. It's so different than what I'm used to seeing every day." He admitted, turning his olive green eyes toward the bustling city around them. It was truly beautiful in its own way. His attention returned to the present when he heard Farsight's question, and he turned his gaze back toward the colt beside him just as he paused nervously and dipped his head. Sven felt a pang of guilt that he had to feel that way simply because he was a pegasus but didn't let his friendly expression waver. "Sure, I'd love to! I've got some coins to spend here in the city. Do you know any good places to get treats?" Sven asked curiously, bumping his shoulder playfully against the colt's beside him in an attempt to lighten the mood.

"Well I am trying to get better at doing it, but my folks see I have a great knack in it which is great since there is pretty much none in Talori at the moment. They worried that skill just went up and vanished as mysteriously as it appeared." he snorted as he laughed. "As for me, I need something to show everyone I'm more than someone to pity." he retorted lifting his head proudly and shaking his mane. "As for my father, oh hey he'd be happy to give you some tips and pointers. I was pretty much a lost cause for him, so I am sure it'd make him happy to pass on his secrets to someone else. We'll have to meet up again and I'll point out my dad to ya." he grinned all the more.
"Sneaking off?" he asked with a smirk. "Well I think the life of an entertainer calls to you." he chuckles a bit as he walked forwards nodding his head to have Sven follow him, Farsight had to admit, he really enjoyed the company of Sven, and perhaps he was selfish, but he truly wish he'd become an entertainer himself. Though Farsight trie dhis best to not linger on wishful thinking, instead he rather focus on his belly. It was already grumbling, obviously had enough of Farsight talking and had to do some talking of itself. "Oh I know plenty of places with good treats. Some that sell pastries, my favorite place, oh the sell freshly diced fruit and drizzle this sugar glaze on it. Oh its so good relaly sweet, I was told not to eat much of it, but I'm a fan of sweet things." he laughs a bit as he trotted forwards. "They also have sweet glazed veggies too, as well as sweet juices too." he remarked looking to him. "Which one sounds good to you? I'm pretty sure I'd eat about anything, even a bug if it came to it." he laughed in a teasing manner.

Sven | Talori | Entertainer
Sven's ears turned curiously toward the colt beside him as he spoke enthusiastically about his future career, and Sven found himself wishing that he was that excited about his own. Maybe that should be reason enough for him to seek after another job because farming certainly didn't make him all that happy. When Farsight mentioned his father again, Sven's green eyes lit up as a grin widened on his face. "I'd really appreciate it if he could. I think I have what it takes to be a singer, but I don't really know very much about it." Sven admitted with a chuckle.
A mischievous smirk pulled up the corners of Sven's lips at Farsight's statement, and he could feel the excitement building inside of him that he thought the life of an entertainer was calling to him. "You really think so? Is it hard to become one?" Sven asked curiously. He assumed that it might be a little difficult to get known with all of these entertainers around as competition, and singing was probably one of the more common talents that the entertainers had. He'd just have to be better than them if he did end up being an entertainer. The paint colt followed after his new friend when he motioned for him to follow, and he listened intently to the different places that they could stop to grab something to eat. Sven could feel his stomach growl at the mention of the delicious sounding food, and he chuckled softly at Farsight. "Well, I don't get sweets very often, and all of those sound so good." He started, humming quietly in thought as he tried to make up his mind. "Let's go get some of those sugar-glazed fruit you mentioned. That sounds really yummy."

Farsight || Harrower
Eyes glistened like the sun reflection off of the ocean. He was a happy go lucky colt when around others, something he'd learned once older, how he was destined with a life of being around others. Though that was all for another time. " Oh yes, I mean look at you now! You seem thrilled and excited!" he laughed with glee. " How can you say this is not your calling? and I know a few things about fate?" he teased with a rather large grin on his face. " You have a good ear for music, and I can see you move to the beat, I know if I listened to you sing, everything would stop just for a moment to listen. I think this was made for you, as me for being a harrower! We cannot deny fate its pleasure." he remarked sounding more like a harrower, surely his father would be proud? Even mother? He wasn't to sure on that one. Something about seeing the future always sent shivers down his mothers spine, as if it was taboo something one shouldn't speak of. His stomach gave out another cry for help, or for food. All Farsight knew was that it was crying and he needed food stat. Eyes looked around trying to find the cart with the older mare that ran his sugary treats. " There it is!" he was almost giddy as there was a hop in his step as he moved towards the cart and the vendor with her wares. " Hello Tulip!" he smiled brightly " Can we have two of those berry delights!" he remarked. Licking his lips faintly he could almost taste the sweet delight in his mouth. Tulip the old mare couldn't help, but chuckle at the two young ones. She quickly prepped up to small leaf bowls and added in the berries will topping it off with a sugary syrup on top. A secret recipe she'd take to the grave with her if she was along, but luckily she had babes of her own all eager to help Tulip take over the business when she was damn well ready to give it up. She placed the two small leaf bowls, filled with the berry delight. " On the house, as long as you spread the good word about my shop." she remarked giving them a sly wink and chuckling all the more. Farsight said his thanks to her and promised to tell everyone about this place. He grabbed his little leaf bowl and trotted to a little quiet spot to snack on his sugary delight. Eyes flickered to Sven and asked. " Are you nervous about being an entertainer or something?" he arched a brow wondering why one might not do exactly what they saw fit for themselves. As for Farsight he was a Pegasi and things were a bit limited for what he could be. But it was simple for him, he wanted to entertain to make others smile or laugh, to give hope. He always wanted to show Talori he was more than a poor equine blessed by Alya and not their own sea goddess. WC||521

Sven | Talori | Entertain
Sven couldn't help the proud smile that spread over his face at the other colt's words. He'd never really had anyone tell him that he might be suited as an entertainer. He'd only had his parents tell him about how he was going to be an agriculturist like them and how great he was going to be at it and how, as the oldest, he would inherit their land when they retired. It was surprisingly nice to hear what Farsight had to say, and his ears twitched at the wise words that spilled out of his mouth. Maybe that had something to do with being a harrower: being able to use words to craftily and capture anyone's attention. "True, who am I to doubt a fortune-teller?" Sven joked back, giving the flea-bitten colt beside him a goofy grin. "Thank you though."
Sven followed Farsight up to the food-stand where an older mare was running her business. The sweet, sugary smell of the food she had made his stomach rumble angrily as if pleading for some of the food that she had. He grinned up at the mare politely as Farsight asked for two treats. All the while, his stomach loudly begged for him to get something to feed it. His eyes watched her eagerly while she got out two leaf bowls and began preparing their food. It looked absolutely delicious, and when she said that they were on the house, Sven smiled up at her appreciatively. "Thank you so much! I will definitely tell everyone I know about your shop."
Sven grabbed his bowl and followed Farsight to a nice, quiet spot for them to sit down an enjoy their sugary treat. Before Sven got the chance to try a bite though, his companion spoke up with a curious expression on his face. Nervous wasn't normally something that he experienced even in stressful situations. Sven lived a relaxed life and lived on 'island-time', and he enjoyed the simple things in life like sitting on the beach and listening to good music when he got the chance. Becoming an entertainer was a dream of his, but it wasn't himself that was standing in the way of it becoming reality. "Naw, I'm not nervous or anything. It's just... my parents don't exactly think that being an entertainer is best for me. They want me to inherit their job like they inherited their parent's and so on and so forth. I've been helping them farm since I could remember, and I don't really enjoy it, but... I am kind of nervous I guess about what they'll say if I tell them I want to sing." Sven explained with a small sigh while he took a bite of the food. A smile spread over his face as he gestured at the fruit. "You were right! These are really good!"

Farsight || Harrower
He took another bite of fruit enjoying the sweetness on his tongue. This stuff had a way of making even the worst of days better, he always told her older mare that. It seemed to make her smile, which of course turned and made him smile too. There was always something magical about making another smile, yet his job to be didn't always make others smile. Farsight looked to Sven as he spoke about being concerned about what his parents would say to him about wanting to sing. "Well you gotta think of it like this Sven. Like my dad told me, you have one life to live, are you sure you want to spend it doing something you don't love? If you feel like singing is meant for you, you can feel it deep down inside, I say, you gotta tell your parents. It might mak'em sad at first, but their your parents, I am sure they will understand in the long run." he offered an encouraging smile.
He took another bite of the fruit enjoying the taste. "My dad was a bit sad, when he saw singing wasn't for me. he wanted me to follow in his steps too. What parent doesn't, when they know they trade they work in, the best way to make sure their child has a job a life, is to see if they will follow in their hoofsteps too. Sometimes it works, other times like my dad like to says there are free souls, meant for things out of their parents grasp. We were meant for things they wouldn't know or understand. Like me a Harrower, don't know many of them if any here anymore, but somehow its my trade." he laughed a bit and looked to Sven a bit as to took another bite enjoying the savory sweetness. "I say go for it Sven!" he smiled with delight.

Sven sighed a little bit as he took another bite of the sugary food. The sweetness took away from of the anxiety that flooded his mind about his future career. Agriculture was okay, but it wasn't exactly for him. He liked to be around others and make them smile, and he didn't really think that he would be able to do that if he were digging in the dirt all day. His green eyes turned toward Farsight when the colt began to speak, his calming voice explaining things with a wisdom like no other colt his age probably could. A thoughtful frown formed on his face as Sven took another bite of the treat, thinking carefully over Farsight's advice. It made sense, and Sven liked to think that he walked the path that believed fully in living life to the fullest and not missing out on any opportunity that might present itself. He thought for a moment what sort of pull he had toward becoming an entertainer. There was always a want or desire burning in him to sing or make some sort of rhythm out of whatever was around him. That had to mean something right? Before he got the chance to speak again, his ears turned toward Farsight's voice, listening intently to his story. A smile tugged at the corners of his lips at the mention of being a free spirit. That's what he wanted to be: free. Free to do what he wanted with his life and choose what made him happy without fearing that his parents would be upset with him. "I think I'll tell them. I mean the worst thing they can do is yell at me!" Sven said jokingly, chuckling softly. "Maybe they'd even help me find a mentor or someone to help teach me how to play an instrument or something." His eyes filled with a dreamy, excited sparkle as he ate some more of his food, imagining telling his parents his dream and how they'd react when he did. When he swallowed his bite of food, Sven gave Farsight a bright smile before opening his mouth to speak. "Ya know, I think you're gonna be an awesome Harrower, Farsight. You've already helped me with my future!" He said cheerfully, giving Farsight a happy grin. Word Count: 382 Note: It's absolutely okay, hun! <3 And I apologize for a little bit of delay as well! Farsight || Harrower || Talori
A large smile grew on his lips as he watched and listened to Sven as he spoke of how he was going to tell his parents that his heart did not belong to the fields or those lands. But instead on the streets performing like the rest. It wasn't a sad job being an entertainer. To Farsight there was something special to those that could earn a living on some skills on what they had. To be able to attract customers day after day. That was a true skill he thought to himself. Eyes looked to Sven and he blushed heavily as he spoke of how he was going to be a great harrower.
"I really hope so." he chuckled a bit as he soon finished up his fruity delight. He let out a sigh with relief not minding that his stomach pouched out a bit with all the food. His eyes looked to Sven and smiled brightly. "Do you have any siblings at all? Maybe one of them could help your folks out?" he raised a light brow. "My folks thought about having another child, but at times they don't want to risk it. Having another pegasi could be risky they said." he remarked with a light smile. As even ones as young as themselves knew how the Divine would call upon one of his kind, to rise with high honor to be the tribute of the season, only to be swallowed whole by the sea, engulfed by the waves of cascade to be reborn anew and in her favor instead of another.

Sven couldn't help but feel a little bit of excitement course through him. He'd become an entertainer and do something that he loved even if his parents didn't think that he would succeed. It would be all the more satisfying when he succeeded. Now all he had to do was actually work up the courage to tell them. Maybe he'd just blurt it out over family dinner and go from there instead of planning out a way to carefully approach them. Oh well, Sven wouldn't dwell on it for too long. There was still fun to be had while he was in the big city! The colt greedily ate the rest of his delicious treat, relishing in the lingering taste of sugary goodness before turning his attention back to Farsight with a quirked brow. "I have a few siblings, and my parents are always talking about having more. I never really thought about one of them helping them with the farm since they always guessed their oldest would take it from them." Sven said with a thoughtful expression. Surely out of all of them one or two would actually like farming and growing crops. His ears twitched at Farsight's remark, and a small lopsided grin crossed his face. The sacrifices of the Talori didn't normally bother him (at least not until he saw the redness of blood coming from the chosen pegasus), but he could imagine that it would be difficult and scary to live in Aquore with that possibility hanging over your head, even if it was a great honor and you would be reborn by Cascade into a finned hippocampus to live in her beautiful waters. "Yeah, it really sucks how pegasi are treated around here sometimes. I mean I think everyone should just try to get along. No one should be scared to have a kid just because of who they might be." Farsight || Harrower || Colt
Farsight nodded a bit as he spoke of having siblings, it was a good thing especially since Sven had no desire to help run the family business. "See so I think you parents will understand, Surely one of them likes it!" he remarked with a huge grin on his face. Nothing was bringing Farsight down today, sure he had his moments where his emotions wavered a bit, but no. Today he had made a new friend, and that was beyond what he imagined would happen today. "Yeah I mean I'm like everyone else. I just wish they didnt look at me with that look of sadness or something." he paused for a moment as if trying to find the right word, but he couldn't and the young colt just shook his head.
"But that's why I am gonna be the best Harrower there is! I am gonna perform before the Emperor and impress him. I'll show him, there's no reason to look at me sadly anymore." he smiled all the more. It was true at times entertainers that were the best of the best had a chance to perform royalty. That's all Farsight wanted so terribly. To show the Emperor what he could do. "Oh just think you could do that too with your singing Sven1" he remarked with giddy delight.
Notes// Not sure if you want to end this soon with them possibly making plans to met up again and we can just time skip or if you like we can continue on or rp with other SA babes ;D I am up for anything haha just figured I should ask just incase <3

Sven | Talori | Entertainer
Sven nodded slowly, taking in the loophole that Farsight had pointed out. If one of his siblings were to take over the farm, he'd have nothing to worry about, aside from his parents being a little worried over his well being. He was a pretty resourceful colt though and had a knack for finding ways to do things that others would think were impossible. It was all about going with the flow and let what happens happen with him, but this was something that he had to do to live a happy life instead of taking a path that he'd probably regret. Sven's green eyes turned back toward the other colt as he spoke. It was wrong the way that pegasi were treated, and he'd certainly never think poorly of someone just because they had wings. If anything, pegasi were the lucky ones, given the chance to be reborn as a hippocampus and live in Cascade's waters.... and they got to fly around wherever they pleased if that didn't happen. But as Farsight began to speak of his dreams and aspirations, he couldn't help but smile, feeling his heart swell with excitement and energy. "Yeah! Let's do it! I bet you'll tell the Emperor his future, and he'll be totally knocked off his hooves. Then I can sing for him afterwards. It'll be great!" Sven's eyes gleamed with eagerness, desperately wanting this new adventure to start. Word Count: 236 ((Ahhh so excited for all of those possibilities lol XD Hmmm we could end this with them soon and have them make some plans to meet up again. Then we could RP our other SA babes, and come back to these two, if you'd like~ <3 ))

Farsight || Harrower || Talori
Farsight couldnt help but smile all the more at the idea of the two becoming great entertainers for the Emperor. " Yes, I am sure he would love it! Yes I could predict the future of great things he'll do and you can make songs about it! We could be such a great team!" Farsight remarked as he jumped up with glee. " Just think, us, with the Emperor!" he had an ever so large grin on his face and his wings folded out as he felt the excitement course through him. He grinned all the more, though it seemed to falter a bit as he looked outwards. The sun was beginning to set, and he felt his ears prick back a bit. Pegasi weren't allowed to live here, and staying over night felt like a sin. An intrusion on a world that would never be his. " Oh man, I'll have to get going soon, Da, does like me being out too late." he remarked with a smile. " But lets met up again okay Sven? Im out here pretty much everyday, but gone before the sun sets. So how about it?" he smiled brightly. " Im normally out in the circle here, where a lot of entertainers gather so come find me, if you want to get together! My dad, could show you a thing or too as well!" Farsight laughed with glee as he swore he was on cloud nine. How easily he could flap his wings and fly endlessly into the sky. Today was a good day, he made a new friendship, they kind Farsight was sure could last a lifetime. Sven | Talori | Entertainer
Sven grinned happily as he imagined the two of them performing for the Emperor himself. Oh, how giddy and excited he felt at the very thought of it! "That would be totally awesome!" He said, eagerness coating his voice. He wanted that! He wanted to be an Entertainer! He wanted to show the world what he was capable of. He didn't care what his parents thought. Living a humble life was okay with him as long as he loved what he did. How did that saying go? 'You never work a day in your life if you love what you do'?
His green eyes turned toward where Farsight was staring to see that the sun was setting. The time seemed to have flown by, much to his dismay, and Sven deflated a little, knowing that he would need to be going home soon. "Same here." Sven said with a little sigh, but a smile remained on his face. "Yeah! We should totally hang out again. Whenever I can get away from the farm, I'll be sure to look for you." He promised, dipping his head in agreement to the pegasi colt. He knew how strange it probably looked for a Talorian colt to be speaking in such a friendly tone to a pegasus, but what did Sven care? Farsight was fun to be around, and he could see the two of them becoming close friends. No matter how many weird looks they would probably get, Sven valued friendship much more than a stranger's opinion. "See you around, Farsight! I'll be back as soon as I can!" Sven felt like he was smiling from ear to ear with happiness and excitement as he departed. He'd made a friend and he had made the decision what future career path he would take. Today had certainly been a great day.

Farsight Harrower || Pegasi
A large smile was still on the foals lip as he listened to Sven speak, and he couldnt help but nod along, agreeing all far to quickly. "Alrighty! I'll see you soon then Sven!" he called out. Soon Farsight flickered his wings and was off galloping off to find his father and tell him what has happened. It would surely bring his father and mother some joy, to know that his trip into town was like the other times. Where he was frowned upon and was treated like vermin of the world. For once, he left with more than he ever thought was possible. As soon as he left the city, his wings spread open and he took flight laughing all the more with glee and happiness in his heart.
Today he made a friend, a friend he was pretty sure he'd have for a lifetime, or at least he would hope so. The wind whipped his mane and tail, as he felt the comforting breeze on his belly. Eyes glanced downwards and laughed out all the more "Father!" he called out as he tucked in his wings and fumbled and rolled onto the ground, he was no good at landing still, but that didnt matter."Father father you'll never guess what happened?" he remarked blissfully. His father looked down at him and smiled. "Well this sounds like a story your mother and I should hear, come on lets get inside." he remarked and the two trotted inside. The home filled with happiness and delight and for a time everything painful was forgotten.
