Summery
Renata visits Izel in her tree house in hopes of warming Izel up to the idea of the new familiar she has been thinking of getting.
Participating characters Izel and Renata
Renata | Flock - Apothecary Renata tried her best to land quietly on the doorstep of her daughters home which sat perked upon a tree. She had never understood why Izel preferred to reside here rather among her family when she was at home and not out on some dangerous mission on another. No instead her daughter choose to be alone in the crown of the trees. It saddened her and she wondered it was because she had forced Izel into this life. If it was the anger she had created inside her child that made her mive away from her. It was probably the only thing she missed from back in the herd aside from Lothos. That closeness to Izel. Steeling herself, she put her thoughts aside. This was not why she had come. "Izel!" she called, "Izel, it's me, may I come in?"She perked her ears, listening for a reaction. She was almost certain the younger Pegasus was home, seeing how she was not out and she had seen her nowhere around the inner campement. In her head she went over the conversation she was about to have, trying to think of casual ways to bring it up. Post 1 | 200 words

IZEL | FLOCK | SPY
The blue hued mare sat silently, calmly, reading through a book she'd been working on for months. It was huge, frankly, and she wasn't sure she'd ever get through it. But here she was, thoroughly examining and taking in the information on the few last pages. It was a book of age she couldn't even comprehend, and it was just filled. Filled with information on everything she could ever imagine. Though she knew there was more to learn, it didn't seem believable as she soaked in everything she'd learnt just by flipping through these pages. Oh how she loved books.
She briefly peered out the window of her home, scanning the land beyond. She could see other members of the Flock; some were working, others were relaxing. She herself considered her relaxing just another form of work. If she wasn't physically doing anything, she'd be mentally training her brain for future missions or jobs. Some thought it strange, and others thought it sad, but she felt most comfortable living this way.
Merely seconds after she had returned to her lounging spot, she heard a knock on the front door. It was her mother. She perked her ears, and stood up, "Of course, mum. Come on in." She replied warmly, pulling the curtain that acted as her front door to the side so Renata could enter.

Renata | Flock | Apothecary
Renata smiled at her daughter as she shoved the curtain aside, gently moving forward to walk inside. She looked around the treehouse, assesing it's state. If questioned about it she would argue it was what any mother does when visiting their children's home, though not all would admit to it. Someone had to make sure that one didn't end up living in a less than clean environment after all. Not that she expected such of Izel but the compulsion to check was still there. Her daughter's home had always struck her as odd, preferring to live in the trees instead of with them inside the encampement. In a way it made her sad, but she would allow her the peace she wanted even when she herself had preferred her closerby. Deeming the room decent, her eyes fell on Izel herself, giving her a quick look up and down both as medic and as mother. She noted the way she looked, judging mental and psychical state. Stretching out her neck, she came up to press against Izel's neck as she gave the other a quick hug. "How's your day so far?" she inquired, still trying to mentally work out how she could bring up what she had come to talk about.
