Just A Call AwayFeaturing: Omari - brittlewren || Voidra - FaunaFawnPlot: Voidra travels to Adoh, to learn what is happening here, gather some herbs, make fake friends, but the best way to do all of that... Well a little drama is the best way to bring equine together. In the busy area of the city, it seems be filled with equine, from entertainers, to those looking to sell their goods. The air is filled with music and smells of fresh baked goodness. It seems this area is the place to get a few things for all.
Voidra || Cultist || Vagabond The city was busy and a plan was made, oh yes, a plan was so perfectly made, Voidra felt the giddiness in her soul. Eyes flickered as she maneuvered through the busy streets, eyeing a few things here and there. Though she was on a mission, her bag full of coins, so eager to be spent. Though Voidra needed some herbs, needed something to help relax others, put them to sleep if they drink enough. Oh yes, she was a naughty thing. A down right villain. Yet how she paraded around town in Adoh? Well she looked as if the world was a bright and wonderful place! How she smiled at a stranger and they smiled back, honest and true. She would say pardon me, and excuse me and no horse would look with disgust but nod and understand moving out of the way for her. It was all for show, but she was so split with things, how she looked so wonderful, a deep and caring soul, but the only thing she cared about was her and her drive. Nostrils flared, and ahh yes she smelled what was fresh herbs. The greens had a unique scent to them of course, but perhaps that was the herbalist in her. Eyes closed for a brief moment, inhale, exhale. Eyes opened quickly and soon she was weaving through the crowds as if she had been here all before. Ears remained perked forwards, her horn hidden beneath thick brown hair. Peach eyes looked forwards and her tail flickered, her prize was seen. A small herb shop to all those healers and wanna be healers. Voidra made a b line for it and soon she was there talking to the seller. "Well I am looking for a few things." she remarked with a bright smile, the little herb keeper smiled and nodded and of course happily agreed. As the older mare went to get the herns, Voidra took a glance around looking for the perfect the subject.

Omari || Artisan || Aodh
Threading his way through the crowd, Omari found himself constantly on his toes, trying to peer over the larger horses and darting out of the way of others. Today he hoping to purchase a bag or two of leather; he wasn't too fussed over the colour, but he was certain on the thickness and width of most pieces. The curious sounds and smells of the marketplace danced around him, and his senses were all too soon overloaded with the movement and colours and sounds. Clattering hooves on stone, voices raised to cry of wares, musical instruments of all tones and strength, haggling equines, and in the near distance, the soft murmur of the sea on shoreline. He spied cooked food stalls that seemed ablaze with colour, cluttered trinket shops, herbs and spices, vibrant fresh fruits and vegetables, and a glimmering metal work shop- perfect. As soon as he'd set his eyes on it, he made his way through the knot of equine forms, sidling out of the way and pushing through the congregation when possible. Upon reaching the shop, he noticed the others that were already waiting for their purchases; one standing patiently with their hind leg cocked, while another's ears flickered and their hooves shuffled, clearly eager to be off to someplace else. They both stood together, with the more impatient one seeming to almost bow in the other's shadow. A master and a slave, he noted idly. Either that or two slaves, the nervous one's inferior if that's the case. The pair were given their purchase, hidden in a well-made brown fabric satchel, and they were on their way. His hooves clipped the side of the bench as he stepped up to order, emitting a muted thud, before he requested for half a dozen leather pieces, and another half a dozen thicker. Asking after four assorted colours of each, he paused for a moment to consider his stores. He'd been getting low on metal rings, so he let the stallion know he'd be needing some of them too. The seller nodded and moved away to collect the materials, and Omari stepped down, moving to the side, and out of the way of other customers. He should have enough coin to pay for everything, if he'd added it correctly.

Voidra || Cultist || Adoh
Pupils dilated as soon as she saw him. The stallion. It caused her to forget to breath for a moment, a shiver running down her spine. This was what she was waiting for. Voidra wouldn't lie, she had seen him a few times, saw what he had done, she seemed useful for her. A good friend to have, well a good alibi if she was to get into trouble... More or less get caught. A sharp intake of breath and she was giddy with delight, yes it was all coming together. Head turned slowly and she gave a faint nod as if she accidently met someone's eyes and nodded to them politely, but oh no, she had something else in store. Let the show begin.
Tossing her mane, she covered her gutting horns with ease. Odd how she was born with horns made perfectly for her, it was as if Digend himself knew that she would come to him and granted her a small gift. Digend. She could almost purr out his name with pleasure. Digend had a way of making her weak in the knees. Though she took a deep breath, now was not the time to get flustered, it was time to make a move, to make this artisan... hers. A smile, a small chuckle and she was in her role, ever so the wandering healer. With a sigh she trotted forwards and was next to Omari, she was looking at a few things, and it was clear to see her confusion on things. "Oh my..." she remarked softly. Eyes looked fervently at everything and she bit her bottom lip with uneasiness. Eyes flickered and glanced at Omari, before casting her eyes downward as if she was a bit embarrassed.
Though she lifted her head slowly and turned to look at him, her peach like eyes looking to his own. "Dare I ask if you could help me out a bit?" Voice was soft as she offered him a light smile. "I need something to fix up my healers bag... Its a cloth material I think? Im just not sure what all I should get for a patch work." she mused softly. "Oh my I'm sorry I shouldn't be a bother." she chuckled, her cheeks flushing a bit, how silly of her to approach and know nothing of this work.

Omari || Artisan || Aodh Watching the seller move in and out of his view, selecting, collecting, measuring; the clatter of the marketplace and his focus on what lay before him had turned his attention away from the sound of hooves growing nearer. "Oh my," Whipping his head around, he snorted softly. A chestnut splash mare beside him eyed the wares, gaze darting around uneasily. She glanced at him, then down, and then up again to meet his eyes. "Dare I ask you could help me out? I need something to fix my healer's bag, it's a cloth material I think? I'm just not sure what I should get for patchwork." Such a nervous little thing, he thought. "It's no trouble at all, I'd be happy to help. How sturdy do you need it to be? If it's just for herbs and such, cotton or silk should work just fine as long as it's got a tight weave." Glancing back to the store, he idly noted the seller was still cutting the leather to size. "It really just depends on how much you've got to spend." The seller would be done soon, he had no doubt, and then he should probably head off, after he'd helped the chestnut mare of course. "So you said you're a healer, right? Or, well, you carry a healer's bag," Shaking his head, he let out a half-hearted laugh before continuing. "Anyways, did you need help finding anything else? Herbs or gauze? The markets can get pretty chaotic at times, especially on days like today when there are so many equines about." The seller brought up the materials he'd ordered, gave him the price, and asked if he needed a bag. Omari plucked the coins out, glad to be rid of them, politely declined the offer, and loaded the things into his own satchel. Thanking them as he turned, he almost ran into the horse who'd been standing behind him. Apologizing briefly, he dipped his head before hurrying out the way, returning to the mare's side with a light smile. "See, what'd I tell you?"

VoidraHealer of the Dead Forest
Peach colored eyes watched him as he responded to her. It was simple, she knew how to play this role, she had done it so much in her time. But this stallion was charming and poilete and seemed eager to help, such a shame she much rather see his face go pale. To be the last thing he'd ever see. A part of her grew curious, what would be his last words, though she pushed all those thoughts away, now was not the time. " Well I travel a lot, so something sturdy would be good." she remarked as the seller offered her leather, for her own. It almost matched but not quite, for her own bag was made of the skin of one of her first kills. Such a pity, she had not found another quite like that one. " That will do wonders." she remarked and paid for the bit to patch up her bag. Omari was indeed the friendly one, and she couldn't help, but chuckle at him, in a kind way. " You are far to kind, but if you have the time to help me, out, well Id appreciate it greatly. Perhaps I could return the favor for you as well." she remarked tilting her head a bit. A soft smile gracing her lips as she spoke with sincerity. "Oh my manners, I swear Im better at this." she laughed a bit, her cheeks growing warm a bit. " I'm Voidra." she remarked dipping her head politely. " Sorry I should have said this sooner." she laughed a bit shaking away the heat from her cheeks. Someone bumped into her and she stumbled forwards a bit towards Omari. " Lets hope the next stop is a bit less hectic." she remarked. Ears flickering back a bit, as she was indeed a bit close to Omari, but it wasn't like she could help it here in the crowd. Tagging brittlewren

Omari || Artisan || Aodh Waiting, he watched the exchange of goods between the seller and chestnut mare. She really must do a lot of travelling if she needs leather, he mused, eyeing her bag momentarily. It appeared to be made from some type of animal skin or leather, and he concluded she wanted a similar material to match. After all, who wouldn't? It had a certain charm to it, and although it didn't particularly align with the flamboyance of Aodhian fashion trends, it piqued his interest. It was a curious little thing, and he idly pondered its capacity and durability - it didn't look terribly worn, aside from the tear that would later be patched. "Excuse my prying, but where did you purchase your satchel? It's quite unique, if you don't mind my saying so." Perhaps he should branch out into satchels at some point, it would broaden his stock range and might even boost his sales. More intricate designs would be quite popular. His spiral of thoughts was rather swiftly interrupted, and he was reeled back into the conversation with the little healer. "It won't be any trouble as long as it doesn't take too long." He assured her, smiling gently. "My name is Omari." Dipping his head in return, he began to turn away from the stall, narrowly avoiding bumping another passerby. "Voidra is an interesting name, are you Aodhian? I haven't come across any Aodhian healers before," Pausing to weave past an equine, he glanced down at her. "Was there anything you were searching for in particular? For supplies, I mean. The markets are quite extensive and it would help if we both knew what to look for." Not to mention I could track down some of the nicer stalls and avoid the sub-parr stockists, he added silently. Healers must only use the best materials, as he could imagine the consequences of the use of the wrong herb or similar medicinal product, on account of a seller's misinformation. WC: 326
